slab pipe heating

I am having problems with my base board heating. The builder buried the copper pipes below the cement slab foundation, and I just experieneced my 4th leak in the house.What a job to fix. I was thinking about bypassing the pipes in the floor and was wonerding how much and how I can rerout the pipes to be above ground. The cemenet literally wore a hole into the top side on the copper pipe. I can't keep ripping up flooring to replace leaks and future leaks. I would appreciate any suggestions or supply with me with contacts who deal with these tpyes of request. I live on Long Island, NY 11961
