Noting water leaking around the base of the toilet, pulling toilet, found a broken flange. It appears to be part of a bigger-into-the-ground pipe. We have no basement, this is in the slab. Is the flange something that can just be unscrewed (with difficulty/special tool?) and replaced ... or do we have to chip out our ceramic tile, concrete, etc.? The house is over 25 yrs old.
