Hello - I have a basement floor I'm thinking of painting the floor is 10 years old. I feel a good floor paint may be better of just as good as title if it's the right paint. I'm looking for full ware. I noticed there are that well give the same shine and apperance as title also as hard with nice bright colors. Are you able to tell me wre I may get such a paint for this type of a job. Floor is i good shape with very minor lines. However this paint wouls seal the lines. I need this paint to be very washable.
