20 yrs ago I purchased this old farmhouse. on 3/29 every yr, when the ground is thawing water pours in. The previous owner tore out the 2 1/2 ft thick floor, laid down 1 inch cement, and also tore out a huge water cistern. there appear to be pipes coming from all directions under the foundation. I have sealed up as many as i could find.Could there be pipes outside? Again this only happens in the spring. There can be terrible rainstorms the rest of the year and the basement is high and dry. I have been on line and most of them say rainwater was collected by gutters, but this house has never had them. Where can these pipes be coming from? And what can i do to correct this. Help it's almost 3/29
