I have a rambler house that doesn't get much sun on one side.When I mow the grass I can smell a musty smell outside & under the house.There is approx 3ft between the ground & floor of my house.I have black plastic cover on ground.Should I put rock all around my house.I know everyone puts bark in flower beds around their homes but that holds moisture.I also have insulation under the floors of the whole house that the PUD put up to help keep the floors warm & pipes from freezing.Should that be removed..Please advise...Thanks Judy
