A product that I have found very good, especially on carpet is made by Robinson Labs and sold in pet stores and through Foster & Smith pet catalogue. Called Urine and Stool Deoderizer, it does not leave a perfumey scenter afterwards and has proven safe very effective on my oriental rugs for both dog urine.
