I'm in the process of purchasing a condo that is approximately 22 years old. I like the condo/townhouse very much except for one thing. THe floors in the master bedroom and the guest room squeak really bad. The realtor and seller offered to take $3200 off the price in order to fix this problem. My only concern is that this might be a structural problem and may cost more than $3200 to fix. Do you know of anyone that could diagnose the cause of this problem and give and estimate to fix this floor? Any suggestions or referralls would be greatly appreciated.
