I purchased a used house in Deerfield Beach Florida and leave it vacant from May to January each year. I would like to know what setting I should have on the humidistat and thermostat for the ac to eliminate any possible mold to develope.
I would also like to know what recommendation you have for when I am living at the house to save energy while keeping the humidity low.
