Some of the dip switches are located in a window on top of the fan motor housing. On a ladder or step stool you look down from the upper part of the housing to see the switches and what they are set at. Other models that don't have this small window,you must undo (CCW) the top color (at the ceiling)and drop that and the upper bell housing down to get at the dip switches.they are located on the transmitter block.Hope this helps,If not Post back.
