Without the money to move or build a house, we are left with finding a solution to "Sweating" basement walls. They are over 30 yr. old, mold and mildewing, causing severe allegery problems through out the family. We have tried numerous speciality paints that seem to do no good. It will eventually start chipping. We keep a damp oder at all times. And being that we are tight with money what in the world can we do with the walls to stop the walls from sweating causing mold & mildew? Ps. when we use the dehumifiers it puts off too much heat.
