I have an old cement pool aka our little cement pond ha ha. It has a leak and we have sunk enough money in this money pit. I don't want another season of it collecting rain water and attracting mosquitos. I was wondering if it is possible to fill it in and top it with concete to make a basketball court. I have only seen posts where the pool was totally broken up and then filled in. I thought I would ask before I headed to the codes department.
