Is there a time limit on how long it takes to settle a claim when your whole house and contents are destroyed. I haven't settled yet on the contents. I was given a deadline and being that this is my second home that I only use on weekends It is very hard to remember everything I had, As I go to use something and find I do not have it and need it, the time limit is up for submitting anything else, if there is a time limit. Please help as they have sent me final settlement papers to sign.
