I need details on the polybutelane class action, too. Is it true that the pipe has to break/burst before one is entitled to participate in the class action? Any info you can provide would be much appreciated. My house was built in 1994/1995 and when I bought the house I waived mechanical inspections. However, since the polybutelane piping was installed by the builder and has beeen determined to be defective I need to know what rights I have.
