leaking from tank to bowl on toliet

Hi. I am looking for advice my toliet is leaking from the bottom of the tank at the bolts. What would you suggest (new tank/bowl gasket?). Is this something fairly simple to fix? PLease respond ASAP. can't stand my floor all wet. Thank you
