My new house was completed in last May, and I am seeing MANY places where the drywall screws are popping up like little buttons beneath the paint. I have pulled one or two and they are screws not naisl. Should I ask the contractor to fix them all? What causes this? It is "normal"? or is it a result of a poor drywall job?
Also, the drywall seems to be "rippling" in places. What to do???
