We have a fairly new house, built in 1998. The motor in the furnace went, it is a Lennox model. I was surprised that the unit was only five years old and it needs to be replaced already. Is this typical or do I have a lemon.
Our old house the motor lasted eighteen years - although it was not a Lennox.
