Yes, Barbara, there is. Most specialty paint stores and some home centers can supply a mildewcide to mix with their paint.
If you can reduce the humidity in the problem area, this will reduce the need for the mildewcide. Sometimes the design of bathrooms, in particular, just lend them to the growth of mildew, but anything that you can do (like an exhaust fan) will be a big help.
