We have a concrete patio all the way across the back of our house. The house (and I assume the patio) is about 12 years old. The patio now slopes downward toward the house and is an inch or slightly more below where it had been caulked at one time. We don't have a serious problem with water under the crawl space, but are wanting to install a spa on the patio and feel we should level the concrete first.
Does the old patio need to be removed or can it be leveled by pumping something under the low side?
Would appreciate your input.
