Home was constructed and completed in August of 2002. with recent heavy snow and rain, crawl space (dirt) was covered with water. I have asked for several opinions, no one seems to have an answer. Some one suggested concrete the entire crawl space, which would be expensive. Any suggestions, I will try anything. If I have to concrete the entire crawl, I will, but if it doesn't work I have spent several thousand dollars for nothing.
