thank you for the advice.i do have children so i tend to get over paronoid.according to him,the ceiling is not abestos and is plaster and water.he is taking teh ceiling down but doesnt seem concerned about it.he was actually very sure by looking at them that there is no abstetos.he recommends anyway putting the floor over the lanolium.it will save money.and for me i know that for some reason if there is absteos that it will stay in tact.I do trust him,he has done quite alot of work on all my families homes and hes the type of guy that if there was a danger,he would let me know.but i feel better being educated on this matter and i thank you!!
