Does anyone have any experience using "BEAN-e-doo" soybean-based mastic remover? How did you like the product and how easily was the mastic removed?
I'm interested in removing asbestos-containing black mastic from 500 sq. ft. of concrete. I read that this product has only a mild odor, contains no volatile organic compounds, is soybean-based, does not require specific disposal methods, leaves no residue, is non-evaporative, and is user-friendly. Plus, the U.S. Postal Service has approved it for its own use to remove asbestos-containing cove base. Sounds good so far.
