The smell comes only from the main drain on the ground level and is just a hole in the cement. Is there some trap attachment we can use above ground? The only thing that drains directly into the hole is the washing machine. I'm sorry for my ignorance of plumbing. I just don't want to have to spend thousands to fix it.
