stenciling vinyl roll up shades

I've been thinking about stenciling horses on my daughter's vinyl window shades. Can it be done without the paint eventually cracking or peeling off from the constant pulling down & rolling back up of the shade. If so what kind of paint should I use? Was this post helpful? Yes: or No:
