I am hoping to build a short retaining wall consisting of a two terraces each about 1.5 feet tall. The total length of the wall is about 75 feet. I was wondering about the cost effectiveness of using Allen blocks versus treated wood. I live in a wet climate (Oregon) and am also conserned about durability.
