Angi......if it bubbles immediately - you have some sort of contamination on there. Paint on a clean surface won't do that.

Clean your surfaces with alcohol. Apply one coat of Glidden Ultra-Hide Gripper (Primer). Let dry 24 hours.

Apply two coats of Glidden Evermore/Ultra-Hide/Ralph Lauren Paint in your choice of sheen and color.
