house transformation

Dear Mr. Villa, I am buying a 1940's Victorian but do not have enough money to turn it into my dream bed $ breakfast. Was hoping you might be willing to use the "transformatin" of this beautiful stucture as a series for your program. It is not a massive undertaking, just one that needs efficiency and expertise. In the end, I believe it would be beneficial to both parties involved. I would appreciate you considering this challenge seriously and hope that you will contact me for more details in the near future.
