I have a craftsman ½ HP chain opener built in 2/98. It has the security+ feature. The part number is 41A5021-2C.
The opener has never worked properly. It often will only open if I hold the transmitter within a few inches of the receiver. Is there a replacement part or signal booster that I can use?
