with Black Construction Columbus, NJ. I have seen their work--it's great. They put the pre-fabs or modulars together, but I'm not sure how far north they go. I would call them and ask which manufacturers they use. It is good you are doing reputation checks--I've seen some BAD pre-fabs. You will be ok though if you do your homework and plan.
