I would like to repaint the plastic shutters on my home. They were painted with spray pain the last time and that stuck pretty well. I would rather brush the paint on this time because it is easier for me and easier to find the color of paint I would like to use. Can this be done? What do I need to do to prep the shutters first? What kind of canned paint should I use?
