My parent have what I think is a dual handle American std. faucet in their shower. Both hot and cold faucets leak. Problem is we can't get the handles off to replace the core/stems. Any advice on how to get the faucet handles off. We have taken the screws off of the handles, but the handles won't budge. Thanks in advance.
