I just had all the asbestos siding removed from my house here in Calif. The crew were specialists in asbestos removal. They came and sealed every door and window, put on these special suits, and pulled the shingles off and sealed them in large plastic bags. The cost was less than I feared but more than I would have liked. Just as a precaution I went and watered down everything after they left. Now, after this is done I find out the siding isn't as dangerous as I originally feared. Oh well...
