Refinishing a Teak dinning table

Hi Bob,

I have a teak oval dinning table for 8-10 person that need some refinishing work done.
I just don"t know how to start. for those thing like:
1. How to sand the top down with slight scratches.
2. What kind of sand paper is appropriate
3. What kind of oil/stain/varnish to use.
4. The proper methos of applying varnish.

Your advise is mush appreciated.
