I have a big weeping willow in my front yard. Last year she lost her leave early and so far this year she doesn't seem to have any new bud, and her branch as breaking off because they are dry. Does this mean that she won't recover? I would certainly hate to have it cut down if there is even a slight chance that she might recover.
