We had French doors stained and installed. There is a tough, stretchy glue around each pane (45 total). My husband has used one of those scrapers you use to scrape paint off of glass. I think it has scratched the panes; he says it hasn't. Anyway, how can we dissolve that glue without harming the stain. It looks like some of the stain is also on the glass. It is a real mess!
