I'm about to install laminated swiftlock but now I'm wary after reading all these posts. Not sure laminate is good for the floor anyway. Does anyone know about the upkeep of ceramic tile or stone-type flooring? I've read you have to have it resealed every year or two and maybe regrouted too if the grout cracks. Not sure I want to have this kind of maintenance. And lastly, does anyone know anything about PermaStone by Nafco? It's 18" vinyl tile squares that look like stone. Just wondering what the long term wear of this is. Thanks, appreciate any info.
