I am disheartened by the huge quotes I am getting to lay flagstones in the 600Sq.ft area of my kitchen and den
(last quote was $4,500) Is it so hard to do? My partner and I have rennovated most of the house ourselves and I don't
need the floor to be 'perfect' I only want to avoid 'lipping' so that we don't trip. Is it so hard for a novive to do?.
We have purchased pattern flagstone, and the area I want to lay it in has had a new foundation and cement floor put in
by a contractor. I am Irsh and in Ireland flagstone floors are irregular through age probably, they have dips and
irregularities and that is part of their appeal.
Any advice or direction would be grealty appreciated.
