We are renovating our home and want to know if it would be better to insulate the inside of the exterior walls or the outside. The walls are conrete and not finished on both sides. We heard that you can insulate the outside of the house and then do the finishing work, either stucco or siding on top of the insulation. Has anyone heard of this?
