About six months ago a construction company used a vibration machine to compact soil for a large medical building. Those vibrations went on for six weeks and just after it stoped I noticed that I have many cracks on my outside stucco and inside plaster. They say they were there before and THEY WERE NOT. What do I do? Have you ever heard of this happening?
