Where are the industry standards for spacing and opening between the door and the door frame? I just bought a new home and the doors have up to a 1/2 spacing between door and door frame. How do you tell if the door is warped or the door frame was not installed properly?
The builder is stating that this is the quality of the pre-hung doors that are being sold in new homes being built today.
Where can I get an unbiased professional opinion in Memphis, TN to verify the builder's statement.
