I have old wiring in my house or part of it anyways. They put a new circuit breaker box in my house before I moved in but they did not rewire the house. Now what I have is a bunch of circuits that dont belong together on the same braker. Im not an electrician and I figured this out my self, the breakers pop all the time. I want to rewire the garage but Im not sure how, what I know now is that the garage is not hooked up to its own braker, its hooked up to a light switch underneath the house with some other stuff that eventually makes it to the braker box. I would like to do this my self, I want to make the garage a woodworking shop. Where do I begin?
