House built in 1958,plan to buy,but noticed that drywall has a crack in middle of living rm and at the edge of ceiling.Also there is a couple of cracks on the ceiling in kitchen,no noticeable water marks or repainting of areas shown.This is dreamhome I've wanted,but am not sure if I can do it myself,never done anything like this!Please help,would greatly appreciate replies! Is this structural damage?
