well, if the cost of a mound system is any indication, you could easily be looking at about 12 to 15 thousand for the septic.
for the well... it depends, you may get away with something as simple as a sandpoint well which is a couple hundred bucks, if you drill to any depth for a standard well you're looking at thousands.
