I called World Factory and they only offer product information to dealers/retailers. Your average consumer has to go to a middle-man to get specs. Anyways, I got some info on thier 18v Cutout tool (Dremel-like) and it doesn't look too bad. I may purchase it and see how it actually holds up. Although, I would have to caution other prospective buyers. This manufacturer is either new to the game, or just likes to stay out of the public eye. It just so happens that the (un-named) place I'd purchase this product from is very good about returns, and for the most part sells ONLY QUALITY products. I'll give more info on this later.
