Any suggestions on the kind of paint I would use to paint a wall mounted oven door. I would like it to be silver/aluminum look. I am worried specifically about the heat (especially around the vents) and the durability (chipping) etc. I am also concerned about the toxins that may be released once heated. Should I sand the surface first (it appears to be ceramic or something) and would it need to be primered?
If anyone knows or has experience with this I would be grateful for any advice that is offered.
