In the reply it was mentioned about a bleach that could be used. Regular bleach could make things worse. What kind of bleach was the answer referring to and where can you buy it? My daughter has a similar problem and tried sanding but has done as much as she cares to as she does not want to sand through the veneer. The finish also seems to be a light oak.
