found out i have mold on the underside of my roof in the attic. it's a spotty type of mold. was told it is not the toxic type. dont have a central heating system dont have a humidifier, dont have an air conditioner. have blown in insulation from 10yrs ago when the house was built. the roof material is strandboard and was told the roof was probably too wet when they installed the roofing material. we are selling house what should i do now.
