I have a big room,about 20x50 feet all empty space no walls inside.when i am talking the people in the apartment upstairs can can hear me talking and vice-versa,there is no insulation in the cieling,just drywall installed.if i want to sound proof this room,do i need to remve all the drywalls to install the sound proof material.or is there another way of going around it.and what kind of insulation shoul be used.and how much is the coast.the cieling jost are at 16 oc.thanks ed.
