We have hardwood flooring tongue and groove. They are new. When we walk across them they are very noisy. We can push down on one side of them and the other side is solid. I believe the solid side is the side of the tongue and the groove is the side that is squeaking and moving which brings an uneven surface with the two boards.
What could be wrong?
