I built a retaining wall well for a egress window. It has 2 step the first being 4 feet down and the next being 2 feet below ground level. We put 2 inch of rock on the bottom for drainage. It started to rain and rain and then rained some more. Water first created a big hole on the ground level and water poured into the first area and then into the lower area where it filled up bout 3 inch and started to go into the window. What is my best choice on drainage and getting the water out?
