Ceilings

Scraping a ceiling is not usualy an issue, this ceiling has more of a stalactite finish and it is hard as nails. A gentle tap with hammer has no effect on the globs of ????. Any time saving ideas for scraping this ceiling. Was this post helpful? Yes: or No:
